Switched up my 2 day split to a 3 day split and am feeling totally jacked!!!

Kicking off this gorgeous Monday with a solid training session with my PT client, down by the lakeshore.

Just finished a solid back and chest workout...no pain no gain. I may very well be inappropriately grabbing myself tomorrow (in pain).

Killed it at boxing. Stressed because I'm not a fan of Christmas so I took it out on the heavy bag. Turned frustration into fuel!!!
