Today in Ms. April’s Pre-k class we learned about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as we celebrated what would have been his 90th. Our students were attentive and inquisitive. One student created a picture of Dr. King. #TrinityCares, Anne Jones April Patton

Math is fun in Pre-k. We played “Roll and Build”. Using dice and cubes, we broke into teams, counted the # on the dice, identified # on their chart, built towers which their partner “double checked” for accuracy. #TrinityLearns April Patton Anne Jones

What a Friday morning. Our 6th grade buddies helped us make our Olympic flags, First graders shared hand washing tips, then special buddy reading time, then off to the playground before math with Ms. Becky. #trinityLearns April Patton Anne Jones

What do you get when you mix 2 cups of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, ice, rock salt and then ... shake it up? Ice cream! Ask your Pre-k students how!#TrinityLearns April Patton Anne Jones

Extending our learning further Ms. Nina shared a video of her travels to France and the UK. It was amazing to see how much our Pre-k students retained from their Olympic studies of France and the UK. #Trinitylearns April Patton Anne Jones Rhonda Mitchell

#Trinitycares It is so uplifting to be among over 7,000 people of color in Seattle engaging in DEI work. Presently Dr. Joy Degruy is opening the conference. Amazing way to kick off the session.
