Our 24/7 Hoopcam live stream is back: youtube.com/live/VZU0VROFZ… It went down due to previously undetected damage from the Starship/Superheavy launch back on 4/20.

I happened to be working in North Dakota when the most powerful geomagnetic storm struck in over 20 years. It was an amazing dream land beyond words.

I caught some aurora flying from Minneapolis into Grand Forks, ND just before midnight on August 12. The big geomagnetic storm from the night before was subsiding but there was still some cool auroral structure and color at times.

Amazing view of the Superheavy landing from Isla Blanca. It came in like a ballistic missile then got grabbed out of the air by a giant robot tower. Hats off to SpaceX’s engineering team.
