Waiting for an escrow ACH payout for a domain name, it's been 10 business days now. Is US banking really this slow?

So weird. Waiting 10 business days now for Escrow.com to pay out. No response via Twitter DM or support email. Their website says "ACH disbursements are completed within three business days". Anyone experienced this before?
