Self love doesn't always feel good. We think that self love is not allowing the painful thing to hurt. We think it's only about feeling the "good" feelings. But one of the greatest acts of self love is just admitting to yourself that you don't feel "good".

I live at work and visit the house sometimes.

So, here I am. Too foreign for home, too foreign for here. Never enough for both.

It's hard to be at home in two different places at once. To love both and miss both and cherish both. To commit to one but long for the other And not truly belong in either place.

Homesick. And not sure where home is.

At the end of the day, our hearts just want to be home, but our homes aren't always where we rest our heads.

IT'S NOT A TRIP OR VACATION. IT'S A SECOND LIFE.

It's okay to do things alone. It's okay to vibe by yourself.

Some days, she has no idea how she'll do it. But every single day, it still gets done.

you don't have to "get over" everything in order to move forward. There are some things you may never get over because you're not meant to exist as if things don't.. grief says you care and it mattered. Let it matter without robbing you of your future.

Whenever I'm sad or upset I get so dry and I hate texting, so people assume I don't want to talk to them or I’m ghosting them. When in truth, I'm just struggling with my mental health.

I once read: “you're not lazy you only have a certain amount of energy and right now youre using it all to survive”. I know someone else needs to hear that too.

I understand, you want to be successful. You have to reach your dreams. But you're going through hard times. And you're puzzled by many things. And you endure so many wounds. So let me tell you: Be okay first. Heal. Take what you need. Don't think you're not allowed to.

The beautiful thing about life is that you can always change, grow and get better. You aren't defined by your past or your mistakes. It's been a long while. Incase nobody has told you: good job for holding yourself together.

You’re the movers, makers, hustlers, and shakers who are paving the way for new generations to come. You are the ones who shout loud, stand strong, and quietly move on when needed. You build empires, move mountains, push boundaries, raise babies & refuse to take no for an answer.

I want you to know that you are amazing, and you should stand tall and proud for all that you are. Do not let anyone tell you what you should be or could be, because you are already incredible just the way you are.

Society often tries to impose unrealistic standards on women, but you are the ones who are breaking down those barriers and redefining what it means to be a woman. You are the ones who are making history and inspiring future generations to do the same.

To all the ladies out there, keep pushing forward and don't let anyone dim your light. You are paving the way for a brighter future, and I can't wait to see all the amazing things you will continue to accomplish.
