This week as a visiting spine professor at University of Toronto Neurosurgery, I had the opportunity to give a couple talks and meet with the impressive combined neurosurgery and orthopaedic Spine Program, University of Toronto teams. I am grateful to Drs. Jeff Wilson, Michael G. Fehlings, Albert Yee, and Joel Finkelstein.
