I found this image today- I see the point about AI feedback . The Brisk website says- "Brisk gets you "80% of the way there," and it is highly recommended that teachers add their own "tone of voice" to make the feedback feel personal. Feedback must feel "organic" to students".

I am getting some distasteful, shady, suspicious and slippery characters, that are "following" me on this platform. Has anyone else noticed this trend in the past few months? Is there a way to report them?

It would be good if X could implement stricter security protocols, such as CAPTCHA challenges, to ensure that actions such as " liking" a post are performed by humans!

To understand the Bible, follow 3 stages: 1) Understand - setting, purpose, context, form, words. 2) Explain - meaning to original readers, main point, comparison. 3) Apply - to today's situations, teachings, actions. #BibleStudy #UnderstandingTheBible

I recciomend this book "Team-Based Learning" as it offers a structured approach to team learning. It covers designing courses, forming teams, and using TBL methods effectively for better educational outcomes. #TeamLearning #TBL

AI at CSU could personalize learning, automate admin tasks, promote equity, raise ethical concerns, transform teaching roles, drive innovation, and enhance student engagement. This shift promises advancement but requires responsible implementation. #AIinEducation

This is an interesting book from 2014- The premise is that ADHD is not a condition on its own, but rather a symptom complex caused by over 20 separate conditions—from poor eyesight and giftedness to bipolar disorder and depression—each requiring its own specific treatment!

I asked - If he could confirm the following for me: Are the t-shirts made in Canada? Is the majority of the profit going back to Indigenous communities? Are you hiring Indigenous artists for the artwork on the t-shirts? Is the business at least partially owned by Indigenous

I see so many posts about overworked and stressed teachers. However if they spend time posing for photos, being the students "friend" and posting images of minors online, they aren't using their time efficiently. No wonder budgets get cut! Its not fair for the serious teachers.

I like how this 1 page summary categorizes Old Testament books by type—historical, law, poetry, prophecy, wisdom, letters—offering examples and questions for biblical study and interpretation.

Facilitation in Team-Based Learning (TBL) involves creating a safe environment and actively engaging learners- avoid content delivery- listening more than talking is key-clarify information, simplify complex points, and elicit debate without giving answers

Watching some clips from the Steplab documentary this morning; I love Neena's use of choral response to reinforce key vocabulary and check for understanding - super pacy and all students participating! Want to see more clips like this? Check out steplab.co/film

There are some interesting ideas here, but nothing that a skilled teacher already knows. The approach feels somewhat militaristic, particularly with the choral responses and '1, 2, 3'..... and 'SLANT! The students all sit perfectly still they all come across as quite robotic.

SLANT Strategy- It's important to recognize that different people have different ways of processing information and staying attentive. Doodling might seem like a sign of distraction, but it can actually be a valuable tool for maintaining focus / enhancing learning for some people
