Friday it’s off to the dentist where I am having 4 teeth removed. Hate the dentist so much! Not looking forward to it at all!!!

Currently in the waiting room of the dentist. Awaiting removal of 4 teeth. One of the biggest things I have had to conquer since restarting the diet a couple years ago. Following years of neglecting my teeth and eating rubbish!!

Just had the most inspiring conversation with a stranger who shared their journey of overcoming obstacles and pursuing their dreams. Remember, you're capable of achieving anything you set your mind to! #DreamBig

How do you get through your bad PKU days? Those days when you just can’t be bothered with all the faffing about. When all you want to do is give up and live a normal life?!
