a furrow of her brow signaling she didn’t like his tone. she pouted and crossed her arms over her chest, patterns glowing slightly. “drop the tone, saja.”

“you don’t always have to be so rude. i was just going to ask if you wanted to grab some food. i know we don’t / need / human food, but it’s so good.” she nudges his shoulder and smiles at him, her toothy smile that she was always told was adorable.
