Players: Blaming others is a complete waste of time. Putting in the work is on you. It’s a concept the whiney, excuse-making, entitled masses will never get: busting your butt, breaking a sweat & earning it just flat out feels great. There’s not a better feeling in the world!

Players: If you’re lucky enough to have a coach who truly cares about you as a person, respect him/her enough to do the same. It’s a two way street though. Don’t jeopardize one of the most important relationships you could ever have by being less than the person you can be.

You going to work everyday is great an all but that’s just survival. That’s a must. A have too. But What is your perspective? What are you doing extra? What is your attitude? How do you stay motivated? Do you see what’s important? Showing up is easy!

Oh where to start. I want to thank everyone of these girls for the way they played in our final tournament/game of the season. They came out bats blazing and making some awesome plays. I want to thank everyone of these young lady’s for giving it 💯 all day.
