Family Cafe All children aged 3-11 years and their parents/carers are welcome to join us at our Olympic themed Family Cafe on Wednesday 31st July from 9.30am-11.30am, where parents can enjoy a croissant and cuppa whilst the children take part in Olympic themed craft activities.

Equip Internship We are thrilled to be launching our first ever Equip Internship programme for reaching Young Adults in Ipswich. This will start in September 2024. Please speak with Andy if you know of anyone who might be interested in the role.

Renew 43 Cafe Our next Renew 43 café is on Thursday 25 July at 10am. We provide a safe and friendly place where it is ok not to be ok. We offer hospitality, conversation and various hobby based activities to enable wellbeing and connection.
