David, in Ice Hockey you lose a man for 2 minutes of a period. The fite becomes “unfair” at 5 on 4. Then you have to muscle off a PP that scores 25+% of the Time, with the puck in your end almost all of it. Different animal than other sports. Sometimes horrendous calls pile up!

I’ll say this. I think the NHL Officiating Crews do a great job managing a tough game. Often, a game of judgment. But the Toronto game and this couldn’t be-more-obvious non-call on Matheson?: Staggering. Having said that, Cats did get 8 PPs in MTL gm, so maybe Make-up in play.
