I've really loved working with Sally Doherty writes 👩‍💻 and sonny they/them to bring Max and Monty to life. Really the ideal project when you get a pretty much perfect first draft manuscript, AND dog photos within it. It's a gorgeous, heartfelt book, with an exciting mystery to boot.

Thank you for all the book love today 💙 I am VERY excited that I now get to shout about having a dog sidekick in my book which is based on MY VERY OWN THREE-LEGGED DOG 🥰🥰

Children's books with disabled characters are vital!! Not only so disabled children can see themselves in media, but so able bodied children can see and read about disability and learn that some people are different! Working on Sally's book was so much fun! #DisabilityPrideMonth
