Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission decided to set price for the Keep Colorado Wild Pass at $39 for the annual pass. It will be added to vehicle registration beginning in January 2023 although a person may opt out. Please support the Pass next year for our parks and wildlife.

CO Senate Transportation & Energy Committee voted unanimously in favor of the Wildlife Safe Passages Fund bill and it now moves to Sen. Appropriations Committee. CWF testified in favor of the bill.

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has listed the northern population of the lesser prairie chicken as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, in Colorado, KS, OK and TX. We applaud this decision. It also listed a different population in NM and TX as endangered.
