Africa Cooperatives Institute of S.A. congratulates International Cooperative Alliance for hosting the IYC closing event. Indeed, cooperatives build a better world. The CCSE delegates held the IYC flag in support following a study visit at Batlhako Temo, a South African citrus coop. #IYC2025

Dr Sizwe Mkwanazi from University of Johannesburg presenting on a study about “Analysing the Impact of the International Year of Cooperatives”. In his study, he posed a question of - Does the IYC have an impact, if so, what impact does it have?
Like any great co-operative, Africa Cooperatives Institute of S.A. has a disciplined, attending, skilled and an efficient General Secretary. Mr Skhosana received his CCSE five-year service certificate on the day 2 of the Conference. Lionel has been involved wholeheartedly with the CCSE since day one.
The chairperson of ACISA, Mr Katleho Ralehoko has been leading strategy, promoting effective governance and elevating the stature of Africa Cooperatives Institute of S.A. . For five years he’s has been involved in all the work of organising the CCSE and was awarded for his service to the conference.
