Blinking from the apple and back at Keith before giving his fruit a bite. Mouth half full: "Uh, how many seeds are we allowed to spit? Three each per turn?"

'How many seeds are in apples?' echoes in his mind and Lance has to give it a good damn thought because; How many seeds are there in apples??!? Let him chew his last bite and swallow. "Uh. . . Lets hit a target. How about those pipes over there above?"

Pushing the apple seeds forward to the tip of his tongue to collect them and taking a second bit out of that fruit. "Three things, huh? Sounds good to me but, what will be the first two?" Monch! And chew chew chew.

"Hey! You are doing the exact same! I'll stop doing it only if you stop doing it." Turning around with a "Hum!" and he picks the seeds out from his mouth with a certain degree of pettiness but he'll probably turn back to excited puppy mode the moment Keith says something again.

He's not finishing his but instead poking a finger in and trying to get the rest out (every now and then giving the apple its occasional shake until collecting the last pair). "That's alright. It's not like saving the universe depends on how accurate our spit lenght is, right?"

"Huh. . ." Blue eyes narrow to a side as if deeply thinking about that question. Finger tapping his mouth. "Well, I'm not exactly sure but I guess I could call it a hunch."

Lance was so sure that Keith was going to aim for that one Altean vase in the corner of the room that the shock drew a squack out of him. "KEitH-!" DON'T WORRY HE'S GOT THIS. HE! WILL! PERFORM THE HEIMLICH MANEUVER! standing right behind him and pushing!!!

"But you-" One blink. "And the seed-!" Two oblivious blinks. . . . "Waaait a second. I think I know what's going on here. Keith, did you swallow the seed?"

His cheek squishes with the pawing and whilst he's still looking a little bit shocked, Lance's shoulders drop with relief. "Oh. That's good then." There's a brief pause where he squints suspiciously. ". . . you're not just about to start growing apples, are you?"
