Grantee Spotlight: Developmental FX is working to scale their unique "therapy that fits" model to all, starting with a partnership with Clayton Early Learning to enhance the way comprehensive early childhood education and specialized care are provided to families.

IF20 Grantee: Using geographic co-location, shared data, and coordination of service, Early Chilhood Partnership Adams Co is at the helm of the C4 Wellness Hub in Commerce City to provide easy, thoughtful access to services that families in Adam's County need.

IF20 Grantee: Rocky Mountain Prevention Research Center through evidence-based programming, mentorship and wellness programming is working to create a proof point between the wellness of caregivers and positive child outcomes in the San Luis Valley via their F.R.E.E. program!

IF20 Grantee: #TheVillageInstitute is providing on-the-job training opportunities for refugee and immigrant women who will go on to seed the early childhood workforce. All in coordination with their on-site housing, and ECE center The Little Village.

As we finish off our 7th year of operations, we will be highlighting each of our 60 previously funded organizations. One per day for the next 2 months! These nonprofits efforts in improving #earlychildhood in #Colorado are truly what made Constellation Philanthropy a success.

Curious who the FIRST ever grantee was for Constellation? RISE Colorado! Constellation supported RISE in 2014 to scale their work, which serves to Educate, Engage, and Empower low-income families and families of color to RISE as change agents for educational equity.

Early Constellation Philanthropy grantee New Legacy Charter provides engaging education to young parents, and the early learning center allows for impact at both generations. Funding from members led to demonstrated growth on comprehensive measures of healthy #childdevelopment & #schoolreadiness!

In '15 Constellation Philanthropy made a collaborative grant to Denver Museum, Denver Art Museum & #ChildrensMuseumofDenver to support completion of a 12‐month planning grant to better understand and serve the communities that were not accessing museum programming. The result? Promotoras!

2x grantee Rocky Mountain Prep, a PreK–5 school system that serves to close opportunity gaps in public school by providing excellent education for all students of all backgrounds, opened 2 new ECE classrooms, and later launched their Network Director of Pre-K. 👏to more #ECE!

Constellation supported @2020MomProject, who works to ensure pregnant and postpartum mothers have access to the best maternal mental health care, in implementing a toolkit in 4 pilot sites across Colorado to best inform #maternalmentalhealth practices in local communities!

2x grantee investinkids improves the health & well-being of children & families in Colorado through research informed programs. Their #IncredibleYears work received two grants; one to assist with initial planning, and another to help them scale out & reach more families.

Grantee Reach Out & Read CO prepares CO’s youngest children to succeed in school by partnering with doctors to 'prescribe' books & encourage families to read together. Through CP support, ROR expanded the number of clinics by 14%, serving 110,000 children in 2016 + continued growth.

2x grantee Valley Settlement deploys 2-gen programs to improve the lives of families living in the Roaring Fork Valley. Constellation Philanthropy support of VS launched 'El Busesito' a #mobilepreschool serving children from Latino families who would have otherwise been left unserved.

When it comes to innovation in-home visitation, Parent Possible is it! a 2x Constellation grant recipient, Parent Possible has combined programs Parents as Teachers® & SafeCare® for safer parenting practices, and introduced Raising a Reader across Colorado.
