First time organizing a conference! ComSciConCAN provides science communication training for graduate students run by graduate student. So stoked for the next 3 days!!! #CSCC24

Part 1 of our first workshop today: Unconventional Methods of Science Communication led by Carrie Boyce and Celia Du 余詩敏. We heard about the importance of meeting people where they’re at and bringing fun and engaging #scicomm into public spaces! #CSCC24

Finished off day one with a hilarious, engaging, and thoughtful Science Improv session with Joanne O'Meara (she/her) and Hartley Jafine! Perfect way to get out of out of our comfort zones and have lots of fun after a full day.
