On Dec 27, our 2hr Southwest flight was cancelled and we had to rent a car and drive 13hr from DC to Wisconsin. But Southwest Airlines fully refunded our flight AND all of our driving/eatings costs so it was a free trip. Not ideal, but nice to see a company step up to right the wrong
