Tomorrow is parkrun day but the weather forecast isn't looking too kind. Remember to check our FB page before you leave home in the morning. We will post there as soon as we know (at about 0740) if it is NOT safe to have our parkrun at Castle Park because of icy conditions.

Tokens are sorted, stopwatches reset and scanners charged. Looking forward to seeing you all at the Bandstand in Castle Park for the visitors/new parkrunners briefing at 8.50am, regular run briefing at 8.55am and hopefully if I'm running to time a 9am start.
