This evening an automated message went out to Codington families stating that Codington was a CEP school and that lunch and breakfast would be free for all students. That information was incorrect and that call was made it error. We apologize for the confusion.

Codington families, you will receive a call from Mr. Elmore, Sunday evening clarifying the automated call that you received in error Friday evening. Thank you for your help spreading the word and we apologize for any confusion the earlier message may have caused.

Attention All Codington Families: Tuesday 9/3/19 is a regular school day. The connect 5 call stated that there are no evening activities on Tuesday, however the Codington After School Program will run as normal tomorrow, 9/3/19.

NHCS will be closed for all students and staff on Friday, September 6, 2019, due to Hurricane Dorian and its potential impact on our region. We encourage everyone to please remain safe and follow the instructions of the emergency management officials.

All NHC schools will reopen and operate on their normal schedules on Monday, September 9, 2019. Damage assessments and cleanups have been completed. The district is prepared to resume operation after Hurricane Dorian. We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday!
