A1: the kind we don't do lol. All kidding aside, I've used ladders to work zone steps as a group. So I guess it would be that one #hogfbchat

A2: plenty of that going on already. They'll drown you out. Best to yell out coaching cues like "you gotta get there" or "finish" to stand out from the crowd. Although very vague to the layperson in the stands, it should mean something to the 5 or 6 guys up front. #hogfbchat
