Bill Walton in 2021: “The last lesson of life that John Wooden taught us was the measurement of success, which he described -- and now I comprehend and buy into -- is success is the peace of mind that comes with the self-satisfaction of knowing that you've done your best."

So many kids think that it’s a knock on their abilities or their academic standings to go JUCO. And it’s not their fault to think that. The problem is so many coaches and advisors fail kids by not talking about JUCO. JUCO is a stock booster. These guys would agree

I got to be a proud Dad watching his son play well on a big stage all through June. Grateful to watch him play in moments like these

COACHES: John Wooden didn't win a National Championship until his 16th year at UCLA. Don't give up. Don't get frustrated. Have a positive vision and stay committed to the process. Stay the course. Continue to be a positive leader.

Just walked by AAU coach in Vegas in front of the gym after a tough loss. Cussed kids out like a maniac. Walked up in kids faces screaming intimidating them & flexing like he wanted to fight. Acted like a spoiled toddler. Can’t understand why parents let their kids go take that.

I’m not gonna lie I am still tired a few hours later but it was a beautiful day. Next year I’m not giving away both my water bottles to a couple of freshmen 😅😅

Developing people is slow, uncomfortable, and at times grueling work. Stick with them anyways. Challenge them anyways. Believe in them anyways.
