Last night stung but what it did was make this young group grow up fast, I saw a team of 28 kids spill their guts last night and very well should have won. It’s a hard job week in and week out but I wouldn’t wanna do it anywhere else.

Be thankful for parents that still hold their kids accountable and allow coaches to stand in the gap.

To be the best, you have to train the best. Train harder and smarter than your competition!

As a coach, put your players in positions to succeed. Give each one a role that they can excel in. Figure out how to utilize their strengths and protect their weaknesses.

Thankful for this group of coaches and players if we trust the process great things are upon us.
