Every #Rohingya #refugee in Ukhiya has seen this tree. They say it is the oldest tree in the camp. It is certainly the largest. Since 2017, the Govt of 🇧🇩, refugees and the intl community have greened 3,100 hectares. Soon there will be many more trees that are equally majestic.

A total of 94.75 hectares of #land were #planted in last three years #collaboratively by UNHCR in Bangladesh and Center for Natural Resource Studies- CNRS in both #refugee and #host community. Now the #changes are becoming visible with time. As the #environment is getting #greener day by day.

A total of 94.75 hectares of #land were #planted in last three years #collaboratively by <a href="/UNHCR_BGD/">UNHCR in Bangladesh</a> and <a href="/ForCnrs/">Center for Natural Resource Studies- CNRS</a> in both #refugee and #host community.
