In many ways, I think of SNEB as my professional home. Grateful for the connections and inspiration that springs from this well.

Reviewing a qualitative paper that includes a clear positionality statement in the methods section & I feel like we actually would all benefit this level of transparency reporting out our studies. I do this when I present, but hadn't occurred to me to also do this in manuscripts.
