Key takeaway from NEOSTEM_Ecosystem Data Walk is early career exposure. Waiting until students are a year away from joining the workforce is not sufficient. Data shows that career awareness should begin as early as 2nd gr. Invest in early career exposure! TIES STEM Ecosystems
