195km today! Cultus lake to white rock and back

4500m swim today. When the bike rides start hitting 7 hours, you start to appreciate how much you can get done in little over an hour in the pool. I'm such a wimp in the winter.

In positive news, i'm only 20 seconds away from the 100m swimming world record 😂

Well, I got Covid again 3 weeks before Ironman. Bed ridden for past 3 days… not ideal 😂. May have to pull the plug but I’ll see what I can to do build back gently

Not often you can drive 6 minutes to a race. My fav event of the year here at Cultus lake -- amazing vibes, old friends... keeps me coming back. 10 years after i finished 6th overall with a sub 1-hr 40k at 260 watts, I was 240w this time -- so 2 watts per year? lol

Heading to San Diego for the boys' golf trip, where I will, once again, try to convince them all to buy some bitcoin.
