Happy New Year to everyone who knows me- here's to continuing resolution and renewal in 2014 X

What a long time since I tweeted - think its time to restart

One thing I need to pay attention 2 is my men's group-15 years old and begun to become stale - i need to refresh and reenergise the group

about 130 men have involved in the Gp over the years and I have witnessed many life changing moments and profound emotional experiences

I think that the space has grown its own identity which has been built by individual members but has also transcended them as individuals

power of the therapy partly comes from giving ourselves the time and space in which 2 look at ourselves particularly in this digital world

Gp nurtures and encourages that attention- in doing so creates a space which deepens your understanding and insight of yourself and others

yet it has become stale-several men have attended over the last few years but not stayed - meant Gp altho stable not had new men for 3 years

mayb we r now blind 2 aspects of Gp which don't encourage new men- varied/diferent reasons given yet no freshnes creates its own issues

I think I want to thank all the men who have attended over the years - their contributions ,their wisdom ..... their participation.

now time to focus on it...started by doing this ! also changing venue to Marylebone and starting at 730 not 8- practical AND symbolic !
