Hong Kong time 20:00, traditionally the time when the #June4 candlelight vigil started at Victoria Park: At least dozens switching on the light of their mobile phones at the gate of the now-sealed off venue. The light hasn't been extinguished. #HongKong #TiananmenVigil

In Hong Kong, commemorating Tiananmen victims could land you in jail now. Hundreds of Hongkongers choose to continue the candlelight vigil in London. They wear black, light up the candles outside the Chinese embassy tonight. #TiananmenSquareMassacre #June4th

Thousands rallied in London marks the 2nd anniversary of #HongKongProtests When a family which has just moved from HK to the UK saw “Liberate Hong Kong” flags flying in the air, the tears welled up in their eyes. “So sad that we can only see these in another country.”

Reports say that 5 directors of @appledaily_hk are now being arrested by the #HK police under the National Security Law #NSL. The authorities are wiping out all dissenting voices in #HK, essentially so before July 1st, the 100th anniv of #CCP. Blatant political persecution!!!!
