Lancaster is a Green city, and we have an incredible opportunity to elect the city’s first Green MP. I feel honoured and deeply privileged to be our candidate for this General Election. Times are tough, but if you can help us, I’d be forever grateful: crowdfunder.co.uk/p/elect-jack-l…

Lancaster & Wyre: one of 9 places in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 & 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (3 in NW!) which could perform well other than the 4 big target seats. Highlights: massive gains in 2023 locals, 21 of 61 on Lancaster City Council. 7 of the 11 L&W wards all Green Councillors, + 1 at uni ward. bright-green.org/2024/06/13/the…

A key point: If more people vote Green, then they’ll come second place in seats they can’t win this time. That means Labour would have to compete with the Greens for votes. Would you prefer the Greens or the Tories to come second in those seats, with Labour top either way?

I really enjoyed taking part in the BBC Radio Lancashire election debate. In particular this opportunity I had to put forward part of our case for how we solve the housing crisis. We urgently need councils to start building council housing again.
