How is anyone comfortable with deportations or really ANY* government action without DUE PROCESS?

the Bill of Rights hasn't gotten much more than lip service for decades. If 45/47 really wants to MAGA, one would think that starting with showing some respect to the US Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights. Prove us all wrong and live up to the words Mr. President.

1st Amendment- Separate Church and State and protect all free SPEECH.

2nd Amendment- Mean it for everyone. Using "he had a gun" as the reason police execute people they don't like does not equal the right to keep and bear arms.

3rd Amendment- Just resist temptation here. I know it is hard

4th Amendment- Lets get back to this while we are at it. What I am doing is mostly none of your business and I have a right to be left alone. No you don't get to stop me and bother me for no reason, no you don't get to search me for your safety...

leaving me alone makes you safe unless you have a warrant and you present it to me. This is a free country and the people who live in it are all supposed to be free.

5th Amendment- Seriously, I know you support this one. you have used it very well. Lets start really protecting it. The right to not self snitch and preserve oneself is pretty absolute amongst republican principles.

6th Amendment- If you think of this in relation to the 4th, it makes perfect sense. You don't get to arrest me until you can put on a trial (with obvious real danger exceptions) and that trial should happen as quickly as possible after the arrest, if an arrest is even warranted.

7th Amendment- Our whole legal system needs to be overhauled around making this a reality. Juries should be regular things, not the exception and COMMON LAW should prevail over corp money.

8th Amendment- This goes back to the whole speedy trial thing. People start out free and not guilty. You don't just get to lock a dude up for being poor and unable to buy his way out...nor shake him down if he can afford it.

9th Amendment- The peoples rights come first. No exceptions. NONE.

10th Amendment- States rights do matter, but they have to recognize that those rights are within this Constitution and our National Character.

So again, prove us all wrong. Show us you really want to make this country great because of its founding principles. Apply them

As you go out today, I would ask that everyone remember that we are very close to burning Rome to the ground. I don't know if it time for that in this historical cycle...but be aware that YOUR actions could make the difference today. Do what you know is right.

For all the people trying to mix meanings ... "No Kings" is shorthand for being a nation of laws rather than a nation of men ... and that everyone, INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT is equal before the law. Who is actually against that concept?
