It looks like the lower input lag in the latest NSO update for OoT was a false alarm. An input lag tester has done tests with both that seem to give identical results 1.2 youtube.com/watch?v=1t98MC… 1.0 youtube.com/watch?v=Vv3p3d… Average of 13.29 frames (221ms) of delay for both.
