For the men & women of CBP service doesn’t end when the workday is done. Since Saturday, off-duty CBP agents & officers have stopped a car-jacking, performed life-saving measures on a child, provided aid to 3 children injured in a car accident & saved a person from a car fire.

Human smugglers are among the worst people in the world. The conditions they transport human beings in are horrendous—people packed in tight spaces with no food or water, no medical attention, in extreme heat. Being rescued by CBP is the difference between life and death.
