Today my high school team and I played AIE in Miami Springs, I was able to clutch up and score the winning goal for my team to make the score 1-0! Glad to see me getting better at set pieces as I practice each day.

Working hard on agility and reaction time has me excited to see the results on the pitch! As a Center back, being able to react to your opponents moves is a huge part of defending. With my hard work, I know I’ll see results soon 🤙⚽️.

I know I already had this in my highlight video, but, I thought this deserved a post. Having been practicing and refining my technique for my set pieces helped my school make history and have our first district win EVER! (I thought the edit was hilarious 🤣)

Finally recovered from my pulled hip flexor and glute. It’s been a hard month doing no physical activity but full of stretching, learning, and supporting my team on the sidelines. Doing a simple drill here to get me back into getting some touches in and seeing what I’m missing.

Finally done with testing for the year! This past week has been tough but it’s been honing my discipline as I study and train for this weekends ECNL’s VA tournament. Safe travels!
