In collaboration with AIC at Janelia and their #iPALM microscope, as well as using a #MINFLUX microscope from Abberior (brainchild of Stefan W. Hell) Eric was able to reliably detect conformational shifts of single nanometers from populations of PIEZO channels in HEK cells. 4/9
