Poor Sammy 😢😢😢😭😭at the vets this morning I asked for mirtazapine to help with his appetite.. they had prescribed it but not given it to us😭exam showed he has blood coming from his stomach. Possible stomach ulcer or cancer, please pray for him over the next four days🙏🏻💔
