Members of the NI Panel enjoyed fantastic visits at the CARAS AGM where John Henning OBE finished a 2 year term as National Chair. Members were honoured to have HRH The Princess Royal in attendance.

Last month 22 members were presented with Associateship and Fellowship awards at the 2023 @balmoralshow. Congratulations to everyone for their outstanding contributions to #agriculture across #NorthernIreland.

Gigginstown House Stud and Fennor Farm was the destination for 32 members of the NI group yesterday as they travelled to Co Westmeath. Farm manager Joe O’Mahony showed everyone around 3 farm sites & even a few previous #GrandNational & #GoldCup winners 🤩🏆

Yesterday representatives from CARAS NI attended the National CARAS AGM and Council meeting at the RoyalHighlandCentre It was a great opportunity to catch up with the UK’s other national Royal Agri Societies🌾 The Royal Agricultural Society of England Royal Highland Show Royal Welsh Agricultural Society

This year's autumn visit took the NI Group to the Belfast Harbour Commissioners Office. Attendees were able trace the heritage of this magnificent building the whole way back to 1854. Thanks to the BelfastHarbour Office for their kind hospitality 📷 #CARASNI

Yesterday 37 members of the NI Group visited the Clarke Family Farm in Augher where Philip Clarke ARAgS and his son David, displayed their impressive 140 acre all grass farm (1/3) 🌾 #CARASNI

The Group learnt about their profitable spring block calving system and how they grow and use as much grass as possible (2/3) 🐮☀️ #CARASNI

The Valley Hotel, Fivemiletown hosted lunch and the Group AGM which featured an enlightening presentation by Olwen Gormley ARAgS on The Vaughan Trust (3/3) #CARASNI
