Post swim coffee with my CallyMastersSwimming buddies. My first Saturday masters session since March was awesome, despite the 7am alarm 🏊🏻♀️🥰💪🏻
Saturday is double dip day. An hour of frenetic up-and-down-ing at CallyMastersSwimming followed by 1km at 11C at ParliHill Swimmers 🏊🏻♀️💪🏻🥶
Swim #15 of 30 days! Half way people! 🥳 💪🏻🏊🏻♀️❤️ Saturday morning means CallyMastersSwimming with this lovely bunch. A good multi stroke session including coach Csaba’s “burn and turn” set 😂😂 2450m for me.

A lovely swim #93/100 3.7km with 2 fab swimmers. Cat (Usual Objections twinnie & fellow CallyMastersSwimming swimmer) joined me after weeks of nagging, & was also joined by legendary “Smiley Katie”. Katie & I share a special bond of having swum the Channel on the same day 17 yrs ago! 🏊🏻♀️
