Cake for hubsters birthday. Chocolate orange fudge sponge. Meringue buttercream frosting.

Made the cake & the topper. Topper is crepe paper Lillies arranged on a circular transparent plastic food safe hoop.

My new fave thing to make. Every cake may have these scattered over liberally 🤣

Baking multicoloured sponges on one of the hottest days of the year. 😫

Very happy with this one. Raspberry flavoured meringue buttercream & jam. Multi coloured sponge layers topped with meringue kisses.

Bottom layer Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam, middle layer toffee & vanilla sponge with salted caramel, top layer lemon sponge. Covered in Swiss meringue buttercream. All decorations hand made with modelling fondant.

First attempt at geo cake. Filled Vanilla sponge & jam. Covered in buttercream & covered with marbled fondant.
