Further evidence of inadequate structure of the KOOS questionnaire. Even with pragmatic parameters fitted (fit indices of a CFA model very low..) First time this is shown for knee arthroplasty I believe mdpi.com/2227-9032/12/4… I've never seen good fit of KOOS to an MTT model

Interesting case of the day. Patient with mild degenerative changes in their knee presents with a locked knee after reaching for something in a position of hyperextension. CT imaging performed in ED shows locked osteophytes on the inferior patella and trochlea.
