Curiosity got me and tried 7 Brew Coffee And I had the worst experience: Nearly 50 minutes *stuck* in their drive through line, waited while employees chatted as my drink sat on a table, drink was no better than Starbucks (and cost more) and I was charged twice. Just wow.

Class example where you should *ALWAYS* consult your (or any good) comms person before sending any message to the community. Words matter. Lack of information matters. This incident, in the public’s mind, will be considered “mismanaged” no matter what else went right.

I would identify this as a major mistake. Powerful tool used incorrectly results in powerful consequences. *ALWAYS* consult your comms people before sending out (now) three major alerts. This incident has changed the public’s trust at least and angered way too many.

I have to say I get to have incredibly moving days at work. A lot. Today was another one. And I love it. The joy I feel in being so connected to the work I am doing is something that ignites my spark and speaks to my deep inner motivations and strengths. Powerful stuff. #lucky
