The #TonyAwards rocked! How many #stagemanager shout outs & mentions did you count? #1, #JustinPeck w/ Best Choreography Illinoise: A New Broadway Musical who mentioned the late Thomas Gates (PSM) & Thom's husband Rick Steiger, also a #stagemanager & who worked on previous versions of the show.

The 2nd shout out I love wasn't for a #stagemanager. #WillBrill Stereophonic: On Tour gave a big thanks to his #therapist! Love normalizing #therapy & #mentalhealth! It's not #stagemanagement, but I appreciated so much, I gotta give him props! #TonyAwards #mental health

The next shout out also wasn't for #stagemanagers, but our kin at FOH Front of House! #JeremyStrong @The Enemy of the People thanked the #ushers and FOH staff. Even more rare than a #stagemanager call out is a FOH call out, so bravo to all the ushers, house managers, & security!

The offical 2nd #stagemanager thank you was more obscure as Best Director @DanyaTaymor outsidersmusical mentioned the Production #StageManager only by name, Beverly Jenkins! And Beverly is one of only 3 #stagemanagers to get a Tony Honor. You rock Beverly & Danya! What a team!

#3 was in #DaneilRadcliff's touching thank you speech, where he thanked the #stagemanagement team Merrily We Roll Along on Broadway (Jhanaë, Fatimah, Imani). He really is the nicest guy! Couldn't be happier for him and the amazing #stagemanagers supporting him and the company.

The #4 #TonyAwards #stagemanager shout out came when @Appropriate Play won Best Play Revival & #CaroleRothman thanked the #stagemanagement team (bravo Barclay & Kelly!!). When a producer gives you a thank you in their #Tonys speech, that's a big deal!

When #SarahPaulson won Best Lead Actress for @Appropriate Play she was inspiring and thanked bot the FOH and Back of House teams at BOTH the Hayes and Belasco Theaters. So, not quite a #stagemanager #TonyAwards shout out, but definitely something to highlight!
