Carl wanted his drivers license renewed. We got it done today. Now he can assist at a car wash and also when he washes cars in the plaza he is able to legally move them. We hope that this will #makeadifference as he seeks to get back on his feet by working and saving.

A young boy was found wandering in the vicinity of Jamaica Defence Force Up Park Camp in Kingston on Saturday, June 12. He gave his name as Traevaughn Salmon of a Mandeville address.

The Life Skills component of the Technical Skills Training and Transformation Program (T-STTEP) began on March 14th. To date four life skills sessions have been completed. The Life Skills Trainer engaged the participants in lively activities and discussions. #YouthEmpowerment

Through grant funding from Local Partner Development, the Technical Skills Training and Empowerment Program is being implemented by CAC 2000 Foundation and targets 20 at-risk, youth ages 18-24, and includes a certificate course, job shadowing, life skills training and mentorship.

On June 2, 2022 CAC 2000 Foundation coordinated a visit for twelve participants to Moon Palace Resort where they received an educational session on the HVAC facility. This was followed by a visit to Konoko Falls for some team building and fun activities. It was a day well spent.
