RSOI involves many key tasks & opportunity for friction. Leaders (and not just the CDR) should synch coverage of key areas, and above all: NCOs ensure standards are met and field grades that systems are running on time. O/w your friction will follow you out of the LSA gates.

It’s finally moving day! I don’t care how many serials you have, if you send your TOC or TAC w/ CDR, XO, S3 and/or CSM to establish your TAA. BL: maintain mission command. Your top priorities: 1. Security 2. Communications 3. Planning ... everything else is a distant second.
