Never fails. A guys does not understand clock and situation. Chargers need to run as much time off-the-clock as possible. Ball carrier, inexplicably (?) runs out-of-bounds and stops the clock. Great for the #Chiefs. But, this is a mind numbing misunderstanding of the sitch.
