“Toddy for Toux” by Didi 2 oz Bertoux Brandy 1 oz orange juice .5 oz honey lemon balm syrup 3 oz boiling hot water to top, stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a blood orange wheel. Cheers!
