I think I'm done on twitter. At least in the way I use it now What started as a pursuit of acceptance & validation is now a daily battle of reliving & experiencing new trauma, often from those I sought community with. It's not the escape it was. It's just another source of pain

I always give people the benefit of the doubt and trust them until they give me a reason not to. I’d personally find it unhealthy to constantly worry about who to trust. I’m very cautious and use discernment though. People will always disappoint you because we’re imperfect
