Haddaway - What Is Love (#TOTP 1993) Classic 90s. From his debut, The Album, the song was written & produced by Dee Dee Halligan and Karin Hartmann-Eisenblätter. It became a #1 hit single in thirteen countries & #2 in the UK. The track later went on to won two Echo Awards.
