and i have to go for weekly weight ins

my starting weight in forced recov was 39kg and im 40.5 already😭😭

im so fucked

going for a weight in on monday andd ik i lost weight and im actually so scared to go

just to clarify- i am not in recovery, but im under constant watch abt what i eat and if i lose weight they are going to send me to a hospital
